The Bulletin is published six times annually.  Ads are accepted on a first come, first served basis.  All ads are randomly placed except for the inside front and back covers and outside back cover.  Competing businesses will NOT be placed on facing pages.  Advertisers must prepare and submit their own "camera ready" ads to us in Word, JPEG or PDF format to jmcramer@saginawcountyms.com
